RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to The Hawk Conservancy Trust radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 17th June 2019 to Sunday 30th June 2019 on on Classic FM (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must g online to www.classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 17th June 2019 and close at 23:59 on 30th June 2019.

4.    Entrants need to answer the multiple choice question correctly for their chance to win.

5.    Out of all of the correct and eligible entries, one entrant will be selected at random as the winner.

6.    This winner will be called by Classic FM to notify them of winning. Their details will then be passed to The Hawk Conservancy Trust for them to arrange the prize.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be age 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9.    Employees of The Hawk Conservancy Trust or Global are not eligible to enter this competition.

Prize:

10.  One winner will win a Lifetime membership for 2 people to the Hawk Conservancy Trust. The lifetime membership includes unlimited visits to The Hawk Conservancy Trust, Sarson Lane, Weyhill, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 8DY. As part of the membership you will also receive member magazines, an annual invitation to the Trust’s exclusive members event, discounted tickets for guests and more.

11.  The prize is worth £675 per person for over 60s and £875 per person for under 60s.

12.  The prize does not include: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation. (c) Travel to and from the Hawk Conservancy Trust (d) Any personal expenses and spending money (e) Any additional events or experiences at the Hawk Conservancy (f) Items from the gift shop or catering outlets.

13.  There is no cash alternative for any of the prizes and the prizes are non-transferable.

14.  Both Global and The Hawk Conservancy Trust reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
