RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/or https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/)  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Darwin Escapes radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 7th June 2019 to 20th June 2019 on Heart East Anglia, Heart Cambridge and Classic FM (the “Radio Stations”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk or www.classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 7th June 2019 and close at 23:59 on 20th June 2019.

4.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries across all three stations and will be notified via telephone or email.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7.    One winner will receive an off peak short break for up to 6 people staying in a luxury lodge at a Darwin Escapes resort and £250 towards travel.

8.    The destination will be at the winner's choice and stays will be subject to availability. Most resorts are pet friendly but winner must check with the Darwin Escapes location about pet availability at their accommodation.

10.  The prize is valid until 30th June 2020, excluding blackout dates of school holidays and bank holidays. The stay must be taken off-peak. Dates will be discussed with the winner when claiming the prize.

11.  The winner can choose from a 3 night break, Friday to Sunday or 4 night break Monday to Friday.

12.  The winner's desired dates may not be available and all elements of the prize are subject to availability.

13.  Any accommodation extras (telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals drinks), travel and insurance are not included and will be payable by the winner.

14.  The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

15.  Full booking details will be discussed with the winner.

16.  The £250 will be sent to the winner in the form of a cheque, by post, within 28 days of them being notified of their win.

17.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
