Amateur singers are competing for the chance to perform at the top of Western Europe's tallest building.
Singers are hoping to raise the roof - quite literally - with their performances over the festive period, thanks to an unusual singing competition. 'Sing it from the Rooftops' is calling for choirs to submit videos of their performances to be in with a chance of winning a concert at the Shard.
Videos of the best song from each competing choirs will be uploaded to The View From the Shard's Facebook page for public vote. The prize will include two hours' exclusive access to The View from The Shard, to facilitate a concert to the winning choir's invited guests.
The winner will be decided by a panel of judges and special guests, and will be announced on Christmas Eve. Tickets for the competition heats can be purchased from The View from the Shard website.
