Classic FM nominated for four Arqiva Awards

The nominations for the 2014 Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards have been announced, and Classic FM has notched up four.
Charlotte Green's Culture Club was nominated in the Specialist Programme of the year category, a first for the weekly arts show.
Also chalking up their first Arqiva nomination (in the Single Programme or Broadcast of the Year category) was Classic FM's Summer Book Club with Alexander Armstrong, which was broadcast last year.

Also nominated for Classic FM were Managing Editor Sam Jackson in the Programmer of the Year, and Emma Oxborrow in the Unsung Hero of the Year category.
The nominations were announced by former JLS star and current Capital FM presenter Marvin Humes, ahead of the ceremony itself which will take place in London on the evening of Thursday July 3rd.
