Game of Thrones and Chernobyl soundtracks scoop Emmy 2019 wins

Composers Ramin Djawadi and Hildur Guðnadóttir both win Outstanding Music Composition Emmys for their scores.
The winners of the Emmy Awards 2019 have been announced, with Game of Thrones composer Ramin Djawadi and Chernobyl composer Hildur Guðnadóttir scooping wins in the Outstanding Music Composition categories.
Djawadi took the Emmy for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score), while Guðnadóttir was honoured in the related Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited Series, Movie or Special category.
Game of Thrones was nominated in several categories, and took home the award for Outstanding Drama Series (watch above), while Chernobyl also took home several awards. Amazon Prime’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel was the other big winner of the night.

Individuals who won big were Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who took home three awards for her writing, acting and producing in Fleabag, and the late Anthony Bourdain, who was honoured for executive producing and writing.
Jodie Comer scooped the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series Emmy for playing Villanelle in Killing Eve.
