Operatic tenor Andrea Bocelli is set to perform at the iTunes Festival this September at the Roundhouse in London.
Bocelli, classical music's biggest selling living artist, will perform at the iconic London venue on Tuesday 18th September. He joins a host of pop acts confirmed for the festival including Norah Jones, JLS and Olly Murs, with many more acts still to be announced.
Speaking about his forthcoming performance, Andrea Bocelli said: "The iTunes Festival is one of the most exciting digital music events in the world. It is great to introduce classical music to new audiences, who will be given the opportunity to experience it live wherever they are. It will surely be a great night and I invite everyone to stream it through the iTunes Festival app if they are not at the show itself in London."
This is not the first time a big classical name has appeared at the iTunes Festival. Last year, the acclaimed pianist Lang Lang graced the Roundhouse stage.
Tickets for the iTunes festival are free, with tickets allocated by ballot. To apply for tickets head to the iTunes Festival website.
