You need to hear Katy Perry’s ‘Teenage Dream’ played by a saxophone quartet

‘Teenage Dream’ is given a fantastically brassy spin in this arrangement for saxophone quartet.
Katy Perry has been crafting pop bangers for the last 10 years (has it really been that long?).
And here’s a particularly scintillating cover of one of her biggest hits, ‘Teenage Dream’, performed by the Nois saxophone quartet.
There’s a wonderful surprise at 0:55 when the tenor and baritone sax, played by János Csontos, first come in with a stonking bit of syncopation, against some lovely scrunchy harmonies in the top line.
Have a watch – it’s great.
