The Royal Albert Hall houses one of the world's largest organs, and we tasked British virtuoso Wayne Marshall with creating an entirely spontaneous piece on themes suggested by you. Here's what happened…
We were getting ready for Classic FM Live with Viking Cruises, and thought we'd set the night's star organist, Wayne Marshall, an improvisatory challenge.
Wayne's an expert improviser – so we put the call out on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and on air to ask for your ideas for themes to inspire his epic improvisatory piece.

Your suggestions for tunes poured in, and while he was playing we wrote down new suggestions on a piece of paper on the seat next to him (look out for him glancing down at it to see what you'd come up with).
And he created an improvisation fitting epic for the 9,997 pipes of the Royal Albert Hall organ…
