Soundtrack composer Hans Zimmer has revealed that the man he would have soundtrack his own life would be Pharrell Williams.
Zimmer made the admission during an 'Ask Me Anything' interview on Reddit.com. "He knows me so well. And whenever I'm being a dark German he says the word happy to me."
Zimmer has previously worked with Pharrell Williams on the soundtrack to Man Of Steel, and the pair are currently collaborating on the score for the new Spiderman movie, The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
The wide-ranging Reddit interview saw Zimmer field questions from the public on diverse subjects including his favourite snack to eat while watching movies (hazelnut gelato, apparently), and his time spent hanging out with hard rock legends Motörhead:
"I used to know all of the guys in Motorhead and would go and get my ears ripped off going to rehearsals and leave with bleeding eyeballs and no enamel left on my teeth. I loved it."
When asked who his favourite composer is, he simply replied: "Any composer other than Bruckner will do."
