A new video from the recording of Hans Zimmer's soundtrack for Man Of Steel shows some legendary rock drummers (and Pharrell Williams) providing percussion for the film.
Drummers including Josh Freese (who has worked with Nine Inch Nails, The Vandals and Devo), Sheila E (who famously played on many of Prince's albums) and Jason Bonham, son of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, all appear in a special video detailing the process of recording percussion for the Man Of Steel soundtrack.
Hans Zimmer (resplendent in a 'SuperHans' t-shirt) can be seen taking the group of 12 drummers through the plan for the soundtrack's thunderous percussion, before recording takes place.
Other drummers include producer, singer and songwriter Pharrell Williams, John 'JR' Robinson, Jim Keltner and Danny Carey.
The Man Of Steel soundtrack album is expected to make a dent in the Classic FM chart this Sunday.
