A model aeroplane aviator has been filmed using Johann Strass II's 'Voices of Spring' and 'Tritsch-Tratsch Polka' and 'By the Beautiful Blue Danube' as musical accompaniment for an indoor display.
The music of Johann Strauss II is not normally synonymous with amateur aviation, but thanks to one plucky model aeroplane pilot, the great composer's work has become the soundtrack to an incredible aerobatic routine.
Using Strauss' 'Voices of Spring', 'Tritsch-Tratsch Polka' and 'By the Beautiful Blue Danube', the unnamed pilot shows just how balletic the model aeroplane can be, performing a delicate and intricate series of flips and loops in perfect time to the music.
According to YouTube comments, the aircraft in question has a thrust:weight ratio of 1:1, explaining its manoeuvrability and power.
