Mozart: Symphonies Vol.1 (1764-1767)

Following his five-year project to record all the Haydn Symphonies, veteran Hungarian conductor Adam Fischer embarked on a similar quest to survey all of Mozart 's symphonic output.

This is Volume 1 containing five of Mozart's earliest and shorter symphonies composed between 1764 and 1767. 

Fischer always manages to look at Mozart afresh. The polished playing on modern instruments of the Danish National Chamber Orchestra is bright and breezy and the recording is crisp and sparkling with every detail audible.
