Wynne Evans World Exclusive

This morning Classic FM has the world exclusive first airplay of Wynne Evans' new album. John Suchet will play a track in his morning show, just after 11am.

Wynne Evans, of the Go Compare advert fame, has signed a six-album record deal with Warner’s, and his debut album ‘A Song In My Heart’, will be released in March.

One of the UK’s leading tenors, Wynne has sung as a principal at leading opera houses including Royal Opera House, Welsh National Opera and English National Opera, and performed at more than 20 Welsh Rugby Internationals.

Wynne says of his new album:
“I’ve basically had a ball recording all my favourite songs and I hope people will enjoy it. I’ve included quite a few Mario Lanza songs, which I have adored since I was a child. It was also important to me to get exciting new arrangements done and I was delighted to have Nicholas Dodd involved. The arrangements are very ‘filmic’ and I love them."
