SOL3 MIO perform Yellow Bird

Have you discovered opera trio SOL3 MIO? They popped in to the Classic FM studio to give us an exclusive performance of Yellow Bird.

Three classically trained singers, a guitar, and a ukulele - it can only be SOL3 MIO, otherwise known as Pene and Amitai Pati and their cousin Moses. After a month-long tour in New Zealand, the trio couldn't resist a quick visit to Classic FM to say hello ahead of appearing on Charlotte Green's Culture Club this weekend.

Fresh off a flight from the other side of the world, the boys performed Yellow Bird in the Classic FM office, looking out over London's Lecester Square. (Not a hint of jetlag in sight!)

Taken from their self-titled debut album, it's easy to see why Pene, Amitai and Moses have caused such a storm in the southern hemisphere after watching this cheery performance. We look forward to hearing great things from them in the coming year...
