Classic FM caught up with tenor Noah Stewart to talk about his new role in Carmen and the challenge of performing on a stage where the audience can see you from all angles. Oh, and cocktails too.
Tenor Noah Stewart had a phenomenally busy 2012 thanks to his hugely successful debut album and endless touring schedule, and he's kicking off 2013 in similar style. He's playing the lead in a returning production of Bizet's opera Carmen, staged in the round at London's Royal Albert Hall.
Classic FM's Anne-Marie Minhall caught up with Noah as he prepares to take to the stage as Don José, and also found time to chat about his incredible year and, interestingly, Noah's new favourite cocktail…
You can see Noah in Carmen at the Royal Albert Hall from February 21st.
