Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins ans Spanish tenor José Carreras are to perform together in Abu Dhabi on October 25th.
The concert, due to take place at the du Arena on Yas Island, will be only the second time the pair have performed live together.
Jenkins commented in a statement: "It's only the second time that José and I will have performed on the same bill and Abu Dhabi will provide the perfect backdrop."
She added: "I’ve not had a great opportunity to really delve into Abu Dhabi's growing cultural society but I'm expecting to get a great insight through this show."
The concert itself will be conducted by Carreras' own nephew, David Gimenez. The former member of The Three Tenors commented: "It's going to be an inspiring location for us that is for sure. Abu Dhabi has really carved a place for itself as a new home for global culture and I look forward to getting in front of what I expect to be a very knowledgeable crowd."
The pair previously performed together in September 2012 in an open-air concert in Preston where they appeared with the Manchester Camerata.
