The chart-topping pianist chatted with Classic FM's Jane Jones at the Royal Albert Hall, sharing his thoughts on shoes - and Gershwin, of course!

It's been a hectic year for pianist Ji Liu. Following on from his Bristol Proms performance - oh, and his chart-topping album, Piano Reflections - he's now making his Royal Albert Hall debut playing Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue.

Ahead of his performance, he caught up with Classic FM's Jane Jones about his exciting year and what it is about Gershwin that gets him going. Oh, and shoes. Always shoes.
