The Dutch violinist has announced he will play at Wembley Arena for a third night after high demand for tickets.
King of Waltz André Rieu is adding an extra date to his 'And the Waltz Goes On Tour 2013' of the UK and Ireland, playing at Wembley Arena for a third night due to popular demand. Starting his tour a day early to keep up with demand for tickets, the concerts are now set to start on 6 December, rather than the day after as planned.
Waltz fans can expect to hear a selection of famous Viennese songs and dances in André's trademark style, alongside performances from soloists. In keeping with the festive season, there will also be a fair few Christmas melodies on the programme.
This is one of André's 14 appearances in the UK and Ireland later this year, between 6-23 December. The tour sees him and his Johann Strauss Orchestra play at London, Newcastle, Glasgow, Nottingham, Liverpool, Belfast, Dublin, and Leeds.
Tickets for the extra Wembley date go on sale on 10 May.
