New Order's 'Blue Monday' has been given a Welsh choral makeover thanks to the Brythoniaid Welsh Male Voice Choir.
The Welsh village of Portmeirion is famous for being the location of 60s TV show 'The Prisoner', but this summer it will be host to a brand new festival, called Festival No. 6. To kick things off in style, the organisers have managed to get the Brythoniaid Welsh Male Voice Choir to record a version of New Order's 'Blue Monday'.
Electro legends New Order will headline the Sunday night of the festival, which will also welcome performances from Spiritualized and Primal Scream. The picturesque town will be taken over to accommodate a range of different stages and tents, with live music, spoken word and comedy.
Frankly, we're more interested in the fantastic video of the male voice choir. It might not be Monday, but this quirky cover has made our day anything but blue. You can find out more about the festival here.
