Without doubt one of the most unique acts at the inaugural Bristol Proms concerts, Sleepdogs' multimedia show The Bullet and the Damage Done takes in all the elements that this concert series is trying to promote.
As composer Timothy X Atack explains to Jane Jones, the show is part performance piece, part dramatic narrative and part synth-orchestral soundscape.
It's also designed to reflect the fact that the show is performed directly after Daniel Hope and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra have left the stage, as Atack explains: "It gives us the opportunity to work on a stage where an orchestra have actually been, and try to keep the buzz of that event present in what we do."
