One of André Rieu's hometown Maastricht concerts is to be screened in cinemas across the UK and the world in July.
King of the Waltz André Rieu is to return to cinema screens this July, as his famous annual Maastricht Concert is to be screened in UK cinemas. The concert will be screened in participating cinemas all over the country on Saturday July 13th at 7pm BST.
The concert is part of a series of Maastricht concerts that Rieu performs in every year, and will feature his Johan Strauss Orchestra as well as a host of special guest stars, all playing in Rieu's beloved hometown.
On the plan to release the concert in cinemas, Rieu commented: "If you can’t join us in Maastricht, we will come to you. It is going to be a magical concert with some very special guests. Come and enjoy the music on the big screen in the comfort of your local cinema."
This is the fourth consecutive year that Rieu's Maastricht Concerts have been screened in cinemas. You can find out about the concert and participating cinemas by visiting the CinemaLive website.
